Bluegem fully recognises and respects the privacy rights of its clients, staff, vendors, and visitors. This document describes how we manage your personal information. In this regard, Bluegem Software Solutions is committed to and adopts the National Privacy Principles (NPP's) set out in the Privacy Act.

We have systems and procedures in place to protect your privacy whenever we collect, use, store or disclose your personal information. We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which you have disclosed it to us. However we may share your personal information where this is necessary to prevent a serious threat to health or safety or is required by law or to enforce the law.

Any applications for employment or contract positions submitted to us will be treated within the guidelines of our privacy policy and treated in strict confidence. Should your application be unsuccessful we may keep your application and use it in considering you for other employment opportunities with Bluegem Software Solutions. In doing this we assure you that we will keep your personal information confidential. Please let us know if you do not wish your employment application to be used for this purpose.
