commences with a scoping workshop designed to identify the full
requirements and any associated risk factors. We then prepare a
specification and project plan which we review with the client.
Only then will we proceed to the design, customisation and development
of the training
management solution(s)
and / or business
solution(s) or Microsoft
Office SharePoint Services.
The design and development processes
follow industry standards to assure configuration management, source
code version control, and developer testing. Once a development
release has been completed it will be put through a hierarchy of
formal tests to assure conformance to specification. At this stage
all user documentation will be prepared and the project reviewed.
When all modules have been successfully tested they will be integrated
and tested in combination until the complete solution has been integrated
and tested.
The final stage is Customer Acceptance
Testing during which Bluegem warrants to correct any bugs at our
cost. After a successful CAT the product is formally released to
the client and the Maintenance program commences.
